CHOOSING A DISHWASHER
Dishwashers are 45 or 60 cm wide, the volume of the machine should be chosen based on the number of people in the family and the size of the kitchen. On average, a machine 45 cm wide can hold up to 9 sets of dishes, and 60 cm wide - up to 12.
Here are the main points to consider when choosing a dishwasher:
Incomplete download . The half-load function is very useful if there are few dishes. Only the lower basket of the unit is loaded. The dishwashing cycle is thus reduced over time, reducing electricity and water consumption.
Programs . Pay attention to the many different programs, the use of which depends on the degree of contamination and the type of utensils. For example, quick washing (rinsing for lightly soiled dishes), intensive washing, washing fragile dishes, and so on.
Economy in water and electricity consumption. It is desirable that the water consumption was up to 12 liters per 1 cycle. Energy consumption of economical dishwashers corresponds to classes A, B and C and is usually 1-1.2 kW.
Wash completion notification . When finished, the machine beeps. Modern models also have light indicators, such as a beam function on the floor, to alert you to the process of work or its completion.
